What happens in a hypnotherapy session?
We will have a chat about what you want to achieve and we will agree what methods we will use.
You will be guided into a deep relaxation where I will use imagery based on what we have discussed previously.
You will be in control at all times and will be able to stop the process at anytime should you wish to.
You may need more that one session depending on your particular issue
