Sometimes we may find it hard to cope with what’s going on in our life. This might lead to feelings of stress, anxiety or depression. But sometimes we might jut not know why we feel the way we do. Talking to a counsellor can help you to feel better about things.

I provide counselling to individuals either in person or via video or telephone call.
