What happens in a hypnotherapy session?

  • We will have a chat about what you want to achieve and we will agree what methods we will use.

  • You will be guided into a deep relaxation where I will use imagery based on what we have discussed previously.

  • You will be in control at all times and will be able to stop the process at anytime should you wish to.

  • You may need more that one session depending on your particular issue
